Lt. Col. H.P. Garwood

Henry Percy Garwood (1882-1956) of the Royal Garrison Artillery Regiment. Second Lieutenant in 1900, Lieutenant in 1902. In 1915, he won the D.S.O. in Egypt. He was later camp commandant at the Black Sea post. His address is give as 1 Campden Hill Court, W. 8 on army correspondence in 1922. His father was a captain in the Royal Engineers (Capt. John Frederick Garwood). He died – unmarried, I think – in Wimbledon.
