V.C.C-B

With thanks to George Simmers, who decoded the initials.

A rare photo of VCC-B, at the BBC, and obviously staged!

There’s a link to VCC-B here in a description of amateur theatricals in Budleigh Salterton at http://budleighbrewsterunited.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/mystery-of-early-budleigh-theatre-show.html
