The daughter of a fleet surgeon, and born in 1905 in Weymouth, Rosellen Bett can be found in the 1911 census at Dartmouth Naval Training College, but there are no subsequent mentions of her. It’s an unusual name (it was her mother’s) – it was also the name of the first wife of the former government minister Michael Mates, but I can’t quite get the connection.
